About Displays about info
Add page Creates a new page
Arguments:
FROM=file acts like FROM in the newshell command
Advanced mode Toggles the Advanced mode, read more about advanced mode in the FAQ
Append " on spacebar Will append a " char for you when the path you've been completing contains spaces inside. Will also append it when you press enter ("sys:foo bar -> "sys:foo bar")
Apply settings to all pages Applies settings to all pages within the device (device = CON:, MUICON:, etc)
Apply settings to this window Applies settings to all pages within the current window, this is done automaticly when Advanced mode is disabled
Close all pages Closes the window if possible
Close page Closes current page
Command history clear Flushes the command history buffer
Command history first Displays the first entry from the command history
Command history last Displays the last entry from the command history
Command history list Displays all previously typed commands in a window
Command history next Displays the next entry from the command history
Command history previous Displays the previous entry from the command history
Command history search Tries to complete whole command line by matching current line with what you already used before
Command history save Saves the command history buffer
Complete command Completes the command or displays a list of possible matching commands
Same agruments as Complete file
Complete device Completes the device/assign/volume name or displays a list of possible completions
Same arguments as Complete file
Complete end Aborts the completion in NOWINDOW mode, usually assigned to space key. Should be set if you use NOWINDOW completion mode
Complete file Completes the current part of a path or displays a list of possible completions
Arguments:
COMPLETECOMMONPART will add a common part of all possible completions
NOWINDOW turns on the unix alike completion where you cycle between all possibilities without a window
NOWRAP will turn off skipping to the 1st entry after displaying the last one (only for NOWINDOW)
ADDEMPTY will add an empty entry after the last possible completion (only for NOWINDOW)
Complete mode Changes the completion mode from MorphOS' dos mode and unix mode. Toggles when no args given
Complete next Displays next completion in NOWINDOW mode, usually assigned to the same key as Complete file
Complete previous Displays previous completion in NOWINDOW mode
Convert path Converts current path at cursor from dos mode to unix mode or from unix to dos
Arguments:
DOS2UNIX converts a dos path to a unix path
UNIX2DOS convers an unix path to a dos path
Copy to clip Copies the selected text to clipboard
Cursor left Moves the cursor by 1 in the line's beginning direction
Cursor right Moves the cursor by 1 in the line's end direction
Cursor to beg of line Moves cursor to the beginning of a line
Cursor to end of line Moves cursor to the end of a line
Detach page Detaches current page from the window and makes it appear in a new window
Edit prefs Opens the preferences window
Erase to beg of line Erases current input from cursor to the beginning of a line
Erase to end of line Erases current input from cursor to the end of a line
Erase whole line Erases the whole line
Hide .info Turning this on will cause icon files to be filtered out from file completion possibilities
Iconify Iconifies the window
Insert string Inserts a string into the input stream
Load settings Loads settings from a file
New window Opens a new window
Arguments:
FROM=file acts like FROM in the newshell command
Page next Activates a next page in current window
Page previous Activates previous page in current window
Page select Select a page in current window by a number
Paste from clip Inserts text from clipboard as if it was typed on the keyboard
Path part delete Deletes current part of a path (SYS:fo#o/bar -> SYS:#o/bar, # being the cursor)
Path part erase Erases current part of a path (SYS:fo#o/bar -> SYS:fo#bar, # being the cursor)
Path part next Moves the cursor to the next part of a path (SYS:#foo/bar -> SYS:foo/#bar, # being the cursor)
Path part previous Moves the cursor to the previous part of a path
Pattern expand Expands a pattern from filenames in the path (foo*.jpg# -> foo1.jpg foo2.jpg foo3.jpg#, # being the cursor)
Prefs Wizard Opens the preferences Wizard
Restore built-in prefs Restores MUICON's default configuration. It's best to use the wizard to tune the config to your needs
Restore device's prefs Restores the device's default prefs
Review flush Removed the scrollback buffer
Review save Saves the contents of the page display including scrollback
Review save with styles Saves the contents of the page display including scrollback, will use ESC codes for styles
Save settings as default Saves the settings and sets them as default for the device (device = CON:, MUICON:, etc)
Save settings as.. Saves settings to a file
Scroll down Scrolls the scrollback buffer down
Scroll end Scrolls the scrollback buffer to bottom
Scroll home Scrolls the scrollback buffer to the top
Scroll page down Scrolls the scrollback buffer down by 1 page
Scroll page up Scrolls the scrollback buffer up by 1 page
Scroll up Scrolls the scrollback buffer up
Send signal Sends a signal to the application. Usually used to terminate applications. Most common use will be to send the CTRL-C signal
Set terminal type Changes the terminal emulation type, look into FAQ for more info
Show buttons Used to display or hide the button row
Arguments:
ON, OFF switch the buttons on or off
no argument given toggles the state
