fuhquake for OSX

FuhQuake for MacOS X is a port of the win32/ linux quakeworld client that aims not only to have a plethora of gameplay and console improvements, but to also incorporate stunning visual effects and eyecandy.

To play fuhQuake for MacOS X you need a PowerPC or Intel Mac (native x86 support), OSX version 10.4.5 (but should work fine with 10.3.9 as well) and the original Quake data files (pak0.pak and pak1.pak, see documentation for installation instructions).

Fuhquake has a lot (and I mean A LOT) of both command line and console options which affect just about every aspect of the game and the engine. See http://www.fuhquake.net/doc-help.html for further reading on how to use Fuhquake. If you just want to play a simple single player game, please press "ESC" in the Quake console screen after loading.

For more eyecandy, redrawn highres textures can be downloaded from http://facelift.quakedev.com/
